HR Administrator

Foresight Finishing LLC

HR Administrator This is an in‑office position. Provide support to employees and site leadership for HR‑Related matters including payroll, recruiting, benefits, time management, and performance management. Essential Functions Statement(s) Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel. Assists with the compensation program and monitors the performance evaluation program. Assists with recruitment effort at site level. Assists with employee relations at site level with support of Human Resources Generalist. Performs benefit administration at site level and communicates all benefit information to employees. Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to established goals. Assists with payroll. Maintains personnel files and ensures all legal requirements are met. Promotes and practices safety and good housekeeping. Performs other duties as assigned. Maintains human resources information systems records and compiles reports from database. Maintains compliance with all federal and state regulations concerning employment. Handles on‑boarding of new employees at site level. Competency Statement(s) Accountability Accuracy Communication, Oral & Written Decision Making Responsible Time Management Self Motivated Goal Oriented Organized Problem Solving Judgment Honesty / Integrity Detail Oriented Ethical Education High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required. Experience 2 plus years experience in Human Resources or equivalent degree. Computer Skills Experience with UKG, Proficient in Microsoft Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
