Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health status, utilizing diagnostic tools, including the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM), to devise tailored care plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at addressing the unique challenges faced by individuals and families impacted by cancer.

• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective care.

• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to construct holistic treatment plans that respect cultural diversity and incorporate patient feedback and goals.

• Engage in regular multidisciplinary meetings to coordinate care with other professionals and facilitate referrals to additional supportive resources.

• Provide mentorship and guidance to students and interns, contributing to the development of the next generation of mental health professionals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
