Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist seeking part-time, in-person work throughout the 2026-2027 academic year. Spend two days each week delivering direct services across 1-2 classrooms in the Oroville/Paradise area, collaborating with staff and fostering student potential.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous school-based experience preferred
• Ability to supervise SLPAs or a willingness to provide oversight
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to working with diverse student populations

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide direct speech and language therapy to students
• Maintain appropriate documentation for progress and services delivered
• Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families
• Offer supervision and mentorship to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants as needed
• Travel as required to locations within the Oroville/Paradise area for in-person services
• Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and student progress reviews
