Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new and existing clients, employing solution-focused practices to develop personalized treatment plans that address individual mental health needs.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches to implement effective interventions tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records in accordance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards required within the mental health field.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, consisting of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to coordinate patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings that promote continued professional development and enhance the quality of care delivered at our clinic.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, equipping them with the knowledge necessary for informed decision-making in their care journey.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health research and techniques, integrating new knowledge into practice for continuous improvement of patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• A solid understanding of solution-based psychotherapy interventions, enabling you to provide personalized care that meets the unique needs of each individual.
