Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine client needs and formulate effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation in accordance with organizational policies while ensuring client confidentiality at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on working with adults experiencing various mental health issues that may impede their ability to maintain community stability and independence. Clients may face challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. Your ability to cultivate trust and rapport will be essential in fostering a safe space where individuals feel supported in their journey towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current licensure in Colorado as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• No disciplinary actions on your license, with the ability to practice independently.

• Proficient interpersonal skills and a strong empathetic demeanor, enabling effective communication with diverse client populations.

• Computer literacy, with a reliable internet connection for remote work duties.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing direct clinical services, especially in a remote or telehealth capacity, is preferred.
