Marketing Coordinator — Brand, Proposals & Content

In the role of Marketing Coordinator, we'll count on you to: Proposal Development & Management Coordinate development of proposals, statements of qualifications, and interview presentations from kickoff through submission Review solicitations, develop proposal schedules and outlines, and manage compliance requirements Collaborate with technical staff, project managers, and subconsultants to develop compelling, client-focused content Edit, format, and produce proposal materials in accordance with HDR's quality and brand standards Coordinate proposal reviews, incorporate feedback, and manage final production and submission Business Development & Pursuit Support Support capture planning, positioning, and development of win strategies and key messages Support client development planning by coordinating meetings, documenting discussions and action items, and tracking follow-up activities Coordinate go/no-go processes and track pursuit activities and milestones Support interview preparation, including presentation development and rehearsal coordination Marketing Information & Systems Maintain accurate project descriptions, staff resumes, and qualifications in marketing databases Manage pursuit and opportunity information in CRM and other business development systems Organize and maintain proposal archives, marketing resources, and reusable content Marketing Operations & Quality Manage multiple concurrent assignments, priorities, and deadlines Apply established quality control procedures to marketing deliverables Utilize marketing technology and collaboration tools to improve efficiency and consistency Additional Marketing Responsibilities Develop marketing collateral, presentations, and other business development materials Contribute to social media and digital marketing initiatives based on interest and opportunities Support conference participation, sponsorships, and other marketing activities as needed Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of the A/E/C industry's standard approach to procurement of professional services Required Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign What We Believe HDR is our company.
