Senior Enterprise Account Executive, Security - Bay Area

Position Summary Harness is looking for driven sales champions who are as passionate about shaping the future of AI automation as they are about consistently exceeding their sales targets every quarter. As a Sr. Enterprise Account Executive, you will create and execute strategic sales plans, forge new client relationships, and drive growth within your designated territory, with a primary focus on promoting Harness AppSec solutions. Key Responsibilities Win new enterprise logos and consistently exceed targets. Forecast correctly, communicate clearly, and align brilliantly with the rest of the team. Be data‑driven, including using Salesforce and other tools to track progress. Manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close. Collaborate with other teams, including sales engineering and sales development. About You Proven track record of driving and closing enterprise deals. Strong account planning and execution skills. Ability to sell C‑Level and across both IT and business units. Consistent overachievement of quota and revenue goals with a strong W2 track record. Understanding of utilizing a strong sales methodology such as MEDDPICC when building pipeline and qualifying opportunities. Consultative sales solution skills, including the ability to articulate a clear, concise return‑on‑investment value statement. Ability to maintain high productivity, manage multiple competing priorities, and work effectively under time constraints in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. The compensation package also includes a commission/variable component based on performance, plus equity and benefits. Work Authorization A valid authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
