Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will have a variety of responsibilities that are critical to the therapeutic process:

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals, preferences, and treatment needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to deliver effective interventions.

• Support and educate clients and their families about mood disorders, self-care practices, and treatment options available to them.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated care approach, addressing both physical and mental health needs.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance the therapeutic processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve clients experiencing relationship challenges, including divorce, communication breakdown, and overall family dynamics. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
