This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining a work-life balance. Our structured work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring you have weekends free to recharge.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of new clients, including intake interviews, psychological evaluations, and risk assessments to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing an array of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Support clients in identifying and achieving their personal mental health goals through structured therapeutic interventions and ongoing progress evaluations.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of all client interactions and treatment sessions in accordance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate in regular supervision and peer consultations to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated on the latest evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid and active LCMHC license in the state of Vermont.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
