Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments utilizing standardized tools to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, pinpointing their strengths and challenges.

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy, ensuring that interventions are tailored to meet the unique needs and cultural backgrounds of clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic strategies, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy, to effectively support clients in overcoming challenges.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that articulate specific goals, interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring, working closely with clients to ensure alignment with their needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team consisting of psychiatrists, nurses, educators, and other professionals to coordinate holistic care for students.

• Provide crisis intervention services including risk assessments and safety planning, ensuring the immediate safety and well-being of clients.

• Advocate for clients' rights within the school system, connecting them with community resources and providing case management support to facilitate success.

• Engage in proactive community outreach initiatives aimed at raising awareness about mental health issues and reducing stigma associated with seeking help.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
