Work Environment\n

This role is designed to be performed entirely remotely, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still engaging actively with your clients. As a member of our teletherapy program, you'll have the flexibility and autonomy to manage your schedule while adhering to our clinic's operational hours, which are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapy sessions, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and refine comprehensive treatment plans that align with clinical best practices.

• Maintain clear, accurate, and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional and legal standards.

• Assist clients in developing long-term coping strategies and skills for navigating emotional and mental health challenges.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through networking, supervision, and training opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily involve working with a diverse client population, including adults facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A valid Pennsylvania mental health licensure such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, with an emphasis on telehealth preferred.
