Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and compassionate mental health assessments to understand clients' needs, followed by appropriate clinical diagnoses and collaborative treatment planning.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring each approach is customized to meet the specific goals of clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, implementing immediate support strategies to stabilize and address their unique circumstances.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of client records, including treatment plans, session notes, and diagnostic assessments, in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team, partnering with psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for every client.

• Engage clients’ families in treatment plans by offering educational resources about mental health issues, treatment options, and community support systems, while advocating for clients' rights and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Currently licensed as a Mental Health Therapist, with credentials such as LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
