Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and goals, employing clinical interviews and standardized assessments.

• Develop effective, tailored treatment plans that incorporate client preferences and evidence-based practices, adjusting them as needed based on progress and feedback.

• Deliver individual therapy that utilizes modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness strategies to promote clients' personal growth and overall well-being.

• Set therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, regularly monitoring their progress and adjusting interventions to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy services, which include conducting sessions via safe and secure digital platforms to accommodate clients with accessibility challenges.

• Maintain accurate and timely records to uphold ethical standards and comply with local, state, and federal regulations surrounding client confidentiality and data protection.

• Engage in ongoing education and professional development opportunities, including training in the latest therapeutic techniques and mental health advancements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Our clients range across various demographics, allowing you to expand your cultural competence and therapeutic approaches. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals reclaim control over their lives through supportive and evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating an ability to connect with clients and foster trust rapidly.

• Empathetic and compassionate approach, combined with a non-judgmental attitude towards diverse backgrounds and situations.

• Effective organizational and time-management skills, ensuring that client sessions and documentation are handled with care and efficiency.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome newly licensed professionals, preference will be given to candidates with experience in providing teletherapy, particularly in areas relevant to trauma-informed care. Proficiency using electronic health record (EHR) systems will also enhance your ability to fulfill role responsibilities effectively. Additionally, experience working with various age groups and populations is advantageous.
