Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs and create tailored treatment plans designed to facilitate their recovery.

• Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Lead psychoeducational and support groups that foster community support and address prevalent mental health concerns, enhancing client engagement and recovery.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care that addresses both psychological and pharmacological needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services, assisting patients in high-stress situations and helping them navigate mental health emergencies effectively.

• Educate clients on mental health disorders, detailing treatment options and available support resources within and outside the community.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in line with legal and ethical standards while ensuring seamless communication within the team.

• Actively participate in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions to enhance your skills and stay current with industry advancements.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is required. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in New York State is necessary.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health diagnoses, evidence-based treatment methods, and therapeutic practices.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. Our generous benefits package includes:
