Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite at our Los Angeles facility, where you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to create an integrated approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical condition and identify symptoms.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions and devise personalized treatment plans aimed at promoting recovery.
• Teach patients proper therapeutic exercise techniques, ensuring they can perform exercises safely and effectively.
• Employ various techniques such as stimulation and massage to facilitate healing and mobility.
• Guide patients in the use of rehabilitation equipment including wheelchairs, walkers, and therapeutic modalities.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, tracking their goals and progress throughout treatment.
• Advise patients and their families on in-home exercise programs, ensuring continuity of care outside the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our center treats a diverse patient population, including children, adults, and seniors with various diagnoses. Patients may present with orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, or post-surgical rehabilitation needs. By providing tailored treatment plans, our skilled therapists foster improved mobility and functional independence in each patient.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records and rehabilitation software.
• A flexible and adaptive approach to patient care, with a strong commitment to lifelong learning.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply. Familiarity with various treatment modalities and rehabilitation equipment is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary between USD 100,000 and 120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
