Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial consultations with patients to effectively assess their physical conditions and identify symptoms, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs.
• Diagnose movement dysfunctions using comprehensive evaluation techniques and develop tailored treatment plans that suit each patient's unique challenges.
• Instruct patients in the proper use of therapeutic exercise methodologies, ensuring they understand the importance of each exercise to their recovery process.
• Administer hands-on treatments, such as manual therapy, massage, and modalities aimed at promoting healing and enhancing mobility.
• Guide patients in the use of mobility equipment, including wheelchairs, walkers, and other assistive devices, to ensure their safety and encourage independence.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records that track goals, treatment plans, and progress over time to assess effectiveness and adjust interventions as needed.
• Provide educational resources and advice to both patients and their families regarding in-home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications that will support recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population is diverse, encompassing individuals of all ages with various health challenges, including sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and neurological conditions. Qualifications

• A valid Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective patient interaction and documentation.
• Proficiency with computer systems for maintaining patient records and utilizing therapy management software.
• A flexible and agile approach to patient care, allowing for the adaptation of techniques based on individual responses to treatment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a rehabilitation facility setting is preferred, though new graduates passionate about patient care are encouraged to apply.
• A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Prior experience with diverse patient groups and a variety of therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with education and experience. In addition to salary, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
