Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations for patients, particularly focusing on children's developmental needs.
• Develop, implement, and optimize individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and consultations.
• Continuously monitor clinical signs and symptoms to evaluate treatment effectiveness, progress towards rehabilitation goals, and make necessary adjustments.
• Ensure meticulous documentation within the company's electronic health record system, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans, adhering to outlined timelines.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about recovery pathways, potential challenges, and self-management strategies.
• Achieve established performance metrics and contribute positively towards the clinic's broader business objectives.
• Engage collaboratively with colleagues across various disciplines to coordinate care for clients receiving multiple services.
• Embody and promote Physiocare's culture and core values, serving as an ambassador for our mission and vision.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves diverse populations, providing care to individuals of various ages, races, and ethnic backgrounds. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with children facing developmental challenges, as well as adults recovering from surgeries, injuries, or managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program is required.
• Possession of current and unrestricted licensure by the California Board of Physical Therapy.
• Ability to perform evaluations and deliver therapy services in both clinical and telehealth settings.
• Genuine enthusiasm for working with a diverse array of patients, ensuring inclusive and adaptive care approaches.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
