Accounts Payable Specialist – Glastonbury, CT Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their accounting team. Why Work Here? Training is provided; this is an excellent opportunity for a sharp recent accounting graduate Growing company with a strong track record of stability Prime location in a beautiful area, close to restaurants and shopping Organization has been in business for over 20 years Collaborative leadership team focused on employee development and success High visibility role reporting directly to the Controller Responsibilities: Match invoices to purchase orders and upload documents into a proprietary system Process full-cycle accounts payable, averaging approximately 100 invoices per week Perform filing, scanning, copying, and other administrative duties as needed Opportunity to be cross-trained in additional areas of accounting Preferred Qualifications: Accounting or related degree required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply ERP experience is a plus Intermediate Excel skills Highly organized with a strong willingness to learn Pay Rate: $20–$21 per hour Click here to apply online
