Product Support Assistant

Job Summary Medline is hiring for a Product Support Assistant located at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, IL on a hybrid basis. The role supports the product and sales teams with general department tasks. Responsibilities Assist the product and/or sales team as required. Coordinate the flow of sample requests from sales representatives, including placing orders, labeling, and packing items. Collaborate with sales representatives, account managers, and manufacturers as needed. Ensure proper receipt, stocking, and organization of product samples, including components and literature. Identify and report issues on behalf of the product and sales teams, escalating them to the appropriate personnel. Minimum Job Requirements High‑school diploma or equivalent. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (essential functions such as creating workbooks, editing documents, and managing email). Preferred Job Qualifications Experience with customer service or sales support. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Zendesk. Salary and Benefits Salary range: $20.25 – $29.25 hourly, based on location, experience, and skills. Eligible benefits for employees working 30+ hours per week include health insurance, life and disability coverage, 401(k) contributions, and paid time off. Employees working less than 30 hours per week receive 401(k) contributions, paid time off, and access to the Employee Assistance Program.
