Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify and understand the mental health needs of clients, subsequently developing tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches, applying a variety of therapeutic techniques to address conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and more.

• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team that includes case managers, psychiatrists, and social workers to offer holistic and coordinated care to clients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention for clients in acute distress, ensuring their safety while also employing strategies aimed at resolving immediate issues.

• Participate in community outreach activities to promote mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and educate the public about available resources.

Qualifications\n

• An active, independent license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Ability to engage with individuals and groups with cultural competence, navigating and addressing varied backgrounds and mental health needs.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements and treatment protocols.

• Experience in community mental health settings, particularly in outpatient care.
