Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide evidence-based individual and couples therapy focused on various areas including mental health challenges, substance use issues, and relationship dynamics.

• Maintain meticulous records, completing clinical documentation, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and promptly, adhering to best practices and organizational standards.

• Schedule ongoing appointments, manage client caseloads effectively, and ensure your calendar remains updated while providing flexible options to clients where possible.

• Collaborate with team members and actively participate in case consultations, contributing insights and sharing strategies to enhance client care.

• Utilize a specialized billing service to manage claims, ensuring a streamlined process for client and insurance billing, while facilitating eligibility checks and payment arrangements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients accessing detox services, which can encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and clinical presentations. You will interact with individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders, providing them with the tools and support they need to successfully navigate their recovery journey. This unique setting demands empathic engagement, an understanding of trauma-informed care, and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet each client's specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology, with the requisite licensure as an LCSW to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
