Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will have the following key responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of patients' conditions, examining strength, mobility, and overall function.
• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that address individual patient needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training, supporting their recovery process while educating them about their physical health.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques to alleviate pain, enhance physical function, and promote healing.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of patient interactions and progress within our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
• Regularly monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on patient response and feedback to optimize rehabilitation outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary patient population at our facility includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. You will be instrumental in helping these patients regain their strength and mobility, enabling them to return to their daily activities, work, and sports safely. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must possess:

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and unrestricted Physical Therapist license to practice in New Jersey.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related setting, with a strong foundation in orthopedics.
• Competence in manual therapy techniques aimed at pain reduction and rehabilitation.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, specifically WebPT or similar platforms for efficient patient management.

Compensation and Benefits
