Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify individual goals and establish effective treatment plans.
• Manage a patient caseload, providing care for one patient at a time for a holistic and focused treatment experience.
• Utilize your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to implement evidence-based interventions aimed at improving physical function.
• Develop comprehensive care strategies that include manual therapy techniques, exercise protocols, and progressive rehabilitation plans.
• Promote alternative approaches that reduce reliance on medications and surgical options through personalized treatments.
• Motivate and educate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey to optimize their engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated, multidisciplinary care for our patients.
• Regularly evaluate treatment effectiveness, monitor patient progress, and maintain detailed documentation of care provided.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population experiencing various orthopedic challenges, including post-surgical recovery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. By focusing on patient-centered care, you will tailor your approach to meet the distinct needs of each individual, ensuring a successful rehabilitation journey that enhances functionality and overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist is mandatory.
• No history of board or disciplinary action against the professional license, showcasing a commitment to ethical practice.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques to provide high-quality patient care.
• Exceptional ability to develop and implement effective exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Experience with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, is preferred for efficient patient management and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable to understand the unique demands of this role.
• Successful track record of helping patients regain mobility and independence through physical therapy interventions.
• Outstanding communication skills to engage patients and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , alongside comprehensive benefits.
