Work Environment

This role is based onsite in our outpatient office located in the scenic environment of Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. The facility is equipped with modern therapeutic equipment and treatment areas designed for optimal patient care. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with orthopedic conditions, including sports injuries, postoperative rehabilitation, and chronic pain syndromes.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, integrating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.
• Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training programs to enhance mobility and strength.
• Provide education to patients and their families on injury prevention, movement mechanics, and effective home exercise programs to promote long-term wellness.
• Collaborate effectively with orthopedic physicians, physician assistants, and other medical professionals to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.
• Continuously monitor and assess patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to maximize rehabilitation results.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest advancements in orthopedic rehabilitation and physical therapy best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves patients dealing with a wide range of orthopedic issues, including acute and chronic injuries, sports-related traumas, and post-surgical recovery cases. You will have the privilege of working with diverse individuals, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to their unique circumstances. Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.

Preferred Experience

• At least two years of relevant experience in a clinical or outpatient rehabilitation setting.
• Expertise in treating orthopedic conditions, particularly in an outpatient environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
