Work Environment

The role is based in our modern outpatient office, where you will engage with a diverse patient population. Our facility is designed to be welcoming and accessible, equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation tools and therapy spaces. You will work Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, ensuring a work-life balance while focusing on delivering exceptional patient care. With a patient volume of approximately two patients per hour, you will have the opportunity to provide focused, individualized therapy sessions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical abilities, strength, and mobility to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Employ advanced diagnostic techniques to accurately assess treatment needs and develop tailored rehabilitation programs.
• Design and implement personalized therapy sessions that utilize various modalities including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and other specialized techniques.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies, injury prevention, and develop home exercise plans to support their recovery journey.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, occupational therapists, athletic trainers, and other healthcare professionals to create a cohesive treatment approach.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and feel supported throughout their rehabilitation process.
• Monitor patient progress rigorously and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic conditions such as sports injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation for fractures, joint replacements, and chronic pain conditions. Your focus will be on helping each patient regain their functional abilities and achieve their personal rehabilitation goals, effectively improving their quality of life. Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Physical Therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited institution is required.
• A proven clinical competency in orthopedic and sports medicine settings.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment with strong communication skills.
• Genuine passion for helping patients achieve meaningful recovery and improved health outcomes.
• Strong skills in building rapport with patients, families, and caregivers.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, particularly in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems relevant to rehabilitation services.
• Familiarity with best practices in therapeutic techniques and rehabilitation protocols.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience, ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
