Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to understand clients' needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that encompass their specific goals, needs, and cultural backgrounds.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), across individual, couple, family, and group therapy settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services and coordinate with other healthcare professionals to ensure consistent and comprehensive patient care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries, adhering to clinic policies and state regulations.

• Deliver psychoeducation to both clients and their families, empowering them with the tools and knowledge necessary to manage mental health conditions effectively.

The competitive annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 84,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
