Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' emotional and mental well-being to understand their unique challenges.

• Formulate personalized treatment plans by evaluating client needs, issues, and goals, ensuring alignment with evidence-based practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will vary widely, encompassing individuals, couples, and families grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, trauma, and life transitions. Working remotely, you will engage with a diverse patient population, ensuring that high-quality mental health services are available to those who need them most, regardless of their geographical location.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is necessary to practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
