Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

• Implement a range of therapeutic techniques for individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote recovery.

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client progress and treatment outcomes via our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Monitor and review clients' therapy progress regularly, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

At Momentum Mental Health Clinic, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. You will have the opportunity to engage with clients from various backgrounds and demographics, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet each client's unique needs. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current active licensure in Texas as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years experience providing mental health therapy, demonstrating effective intervention strategies.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that facilitate meaningful engagement with clients and collaboration among team members.

• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills while contributing positively to teamwork.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health setting, with familiarity in managing cases involving diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
