At Carl Black Automotive , we acquire thousands of leads per month to be processed. Our Business Development position requires a keen sense of urgency to customer requests or inquiries funneling through to our dealership. Candidates must be able to handle multi-task several requests with immediate response.

Job Duties:
-Welcome visitors and customers by greeting and referring them to the appropriate person or dept.
-Maintain BDC, handling all incoming calls & administrative duties as well as working closely with customers.
-Work closely with sales and service associates following through on all internet leads, and phone calls on a daily basis.
-Scheduling Service appointments
-Self Motivated individuals.
-Pleasant phone voice with great people skills.
-Must be able to handle a face paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent PC skills
Must be able to effectively complete tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organization with great attention to detail.
Self-Motivated individuals.

Must have an energetic phone personality and able to handle irate customers
Must be able to work full-time hours, some nights, Saturdays, and/or Sundays

Preferred Qualifications:
Bilingual
Sales experience a Plus

This position has a base hourly pay + commission pay scale. Company Description
