Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the unique needs of each client.

• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on achieving specific therapeutic goals.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities in individual sessions to promote personal growth, emotional healing, and overall well-being.

• Engage in teletherapy sessions, utilizing video platforms and other digital tools to connect with clients and ensure accessibility regardless of location.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessment.

• Document client interactions and treatment plans diligently, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case reviews to share insights and enhance therapeutic strategies.

• Pursue continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. You will work primarily with adults but may occasionally provide support to adolescents. Your role will be instrumental in guiding clients through difficult periods in their lives, assisting them in developing coping strategies, and working towards improved mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or equivalent.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with previous experience in teletherapy, community mental health, or specialized cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) will be given preference. Experience working with diverse populations and various presenting concerns is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload responsibilities. Additional benefits include:
