Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a key member of our team, you will primarily support individuals experiencing mental health challenges intertwined with co-occurring medical issues, such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. This unique focus emphasizes the importance of understanding how physical conditions can affect mental health and vice versa, allowing our therapists to provide empathetic and effective care to a diverse patient population.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing mental health concerns in individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Richetec Diagnostic and Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
