Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of new clients using evidence-based methodologies to formulate tailored treatment plans. This process ensures that each client's unique needs are effectively identified and addressed.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to foster client resilience, emotional regulation, and personal growth.

• Maintain up-to-date and confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all documentation supports continuous quality improvement in care.

• Engage in regular consultations with your multidisciplinary treatment team to discuss case progress, share insights, and collectively work towards the best strategies for client support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating depth in understanding a range of mental health needs.
