Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with a clinical team comprising psychiatrists, behavioral case managers, nurses, and coaches to develop personalized care plans for clients.

• Engage in piloting new therapy protocols and innovative interventions to enhance client treatment and progress.

• Participate in training sessions focused on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model for robust skill development.

• Conduct psychological assessments and generate reports that offer tailored vocational recommendations and constructive feedback suited to clients' understanding.

• Administer comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to establish client suitability for specific interventions or referrals.

• Provide culturally sensitive counseling services addressing mental health and substance use concerns for individuals and groups, while also managing case loads.

• Consult with clients, case managers, and external providers to ensure seamless coordination and continuity of care.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to encourage and empower clients to achieve their personal and therapeutic goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus in this role will be working with children and adolescents, along with their families, ensuring that your therapeutic methods are adaptive to varying age groups and cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Current authorization to work in the U.S.

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• State licensure as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Rogers Healthcare Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to USD 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
