Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and interviews, gathering psycho-social data from clients, family members, and other relevant participants to inform treatment decisions.

• Employ the mental health recovery model effectively, integrating recovery principles into individualized therapy plans.

• Develop, implement, and review crisis intervention strategies and treatment plans, actively involving clients in their design to leverage their strengths in the healing process.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals, to deliver comprehensive client care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcomes to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Medi Fate will work primarily with adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will also have the opportunity to engage with children and adolescents, supporting them through difficult transitions and crises. Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
