Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized therapy strategies designed to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship dynamics.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to foster cognitive and emotional growth.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care and effectively monitor and assess client progress over time.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) technology.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of direct counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting, demonstrating your ability to apply your education and training effectively.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds, adapting your approach to meet their individual needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, depending on experience and caseload availability.
