Work Environment\n

This role is primarily remote, contributing to a flexible work culture that prioritizes employee well-being. Although the standard work hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, the position may occasionally require evening or weekend work to accommodate client needs. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse outpatient population, providing care for individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. In this capacity, you will work with children, adolescents, and adults, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your role will be critical in guiding clients towards improved mental health outcomes and fostering resilience within the community.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience working in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficiency in using technology and systems such as Excel, RMS, Outlook, and PIMSY for managing caseloads and documentation.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• A comfort level with conducting comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates holding experience in specialized therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, or family systems therapy, are highly encouraged to apply. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Psychology Care Center offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:
