Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client base, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist, with options including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• At least 2 years of direct experience providing therapy services in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic techniques.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members alike.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other modalities.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000 annually.
