Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' needs, tailoring therapy strategies accordingly.

• Deliver individual, group, couples, and family therapy utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes in compliance with legal, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

• Engage in ongoing supervision and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of mental health.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to devise comprehensive treatment plans that foster effective patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, addressing a wide array of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas is mandatory.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is essential.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload availability.
