Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring each intervention is aligned with clients' personalized treatment plans.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each client’s mental health needs, strengths, and areas for development.
\n
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that reflect the individual goals and preferences of clients, while adhering to therapeutic best practices.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure clients receive holistic and integrated care.

• Engage with clients’ families, educators, and other stakeholders, to provide support and share resources that foster a supportive treatment environment.

• Assist clients in setting achievable treatment goals, actively monitoring progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.

• Provide case management services, including facilitating referrals to external resources, such as psychiatric care or community services.
\n
• Maintain thorough, timely documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and adherence to ethical guidelines.
\n
• Stay informed of current research and advancements in mental health therapy to continually enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
\n
• Uphold the highest ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client demographic includes a diverse range of individuals facing varying degrees of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. You will play an integral role in our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and General Outpatient Program (GOP), addressing the complex needs of clients through evidence-based practices.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Licensure as either an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW is required.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to connect with clients through empathy and strong interpersonal communication.

• Capacity to work autonomously, while also collaborating effectively within a healthcare team.
\n
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client progress and manage case notes efficiently.
\n
• Flexibility to accommodate clients' needs by working evenings and weekends when necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling or related fields is preferred.
\n
• Experience in telehealth or remote service delivery is highly beneficial.
\n
• Additional training in specialized areas, such as trauma-informed care, CBT, or DBT, will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range between USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
