Work Environment

This position requires an onsite presence, allowing for direct interaction with patients in a warm and welcoming environment. Working within a concierge medicine model, you will have the opportunity to conduct house calls, offering convenience and comfort throughout the patient care experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough patient histories and physical examinations to assess health needs.
• Formulating, documenting, and communicating personalized care plans based on the assessments made during patient interactions.
• Performing daily patient rounds and adjusting care plans as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.
• Ordering medications, laboratory work, and diagnostic tests, and interpreting the results to inform treatment decisions.
• Collaborating closely with attending physicians, nursing staff, and other medical professionals to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to patient care.
• Documenting patient discharge summaries, prescriptions, and referrals, and ensuring patients comprehend post-discharge care instructions.
• Engaging in related duties as required, recognizing that all listed responsibilities are considered essential functions of the role.

Qualifications

To successfully carry out the duties of this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s Degree in a Nurse Practitioner program.
• National Board Certification in the focused specialty area.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner and Registered Professional Nurse in Georgia.
• A collaborative practice agreement compliant with Georgia state regulations.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of one year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner is required, candidates with experience in women’s health or related specialties will be given preference. Familiarity with concierge medicine models and house call practices is an advantage.
