Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, which include psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify patient needs.

• Work collaboratively with patients to establish individualized treatment plans that consider their specific goals, cultural backgrounds, and personal circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) during therapy sessions, conducted individually, with families, couples, or in group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services, coordinating care with other healthcare professionals to ensure patients remain supported through acute distress.

• Maintain comprehensive clinical documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, aligned with our clinic's policies and regulatory requirements.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery process.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to provide holistic care for patients.

• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome measurements and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to optimize patient care.

• Stay updated on current mental health research, best practices, and emerging trends, actively incorporating this knowledge into your clinical work.

• Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines, ensuring patient confidentiality and respecting their privacy at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our target patient demographic includes individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, providing tailored therapeutic support that recognizes each individual's unique history and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• Strong ability to work both independently and as a collaborative member of a multidisciplinary team.
