Field Support Specialist: Volunteer Programs

OATS INC.

AARP Foundation is seeking a Field Support Associate to triage and resolve inquiries from volunteers, program partners, and other stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and accurate resolutions. You will act as a key point of contact, promote a positive user experience, and escalate issues as needed. You will also provide onboarding and training to staff and partners on systems and processes, support program operations, and assist with data collection and reporting to inform decisions. #J-18808-Ljbffr OATS INC.
