Mortgage Loan Origination Assistant We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Origination Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support the mortgage lending process and gain valuable industry experience in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. This is an in-office position, 5 days per week. Key Responsibilities Assist mortgage loan officers with the preparation and processing of loan applications Gather and verify necessary documentation from clients to ensure completeness and accuracy Coordinate communication between clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders Maintain organized records of loan files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Schedule appointments and follow up with clients throughout the loan process Support the team in meeting deadlines and achieving loan origination goals Skills and Qualifications Valid NMLS license or willingness to obtain licensing within a specified timeframe Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document review Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Prior experience in mortgage lending or related financial services is a plus but not required We foster a collaborative and growth-oriented workplace where your contributions are valued.
