Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to inform treatment interventions and outcomes.

• Act as a consultant and resource for clients, ensuring they have access to the necessary support systems.

• Foster relationships with community organizations, state agencies, and service systems to streamline access to care and build collaborative partnerships.

• Participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the clinic’s compliance and standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attend workshops, training, conferences, and represent the clinic in relevant forums to stay current with best practices and innovations within the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• A valid, independent LMHC license issued by the State of Florida.
