Key Responsibilities\n

• Contribute actively to the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), aligning strategies with both best practices and family priorities.

• Monitor developmental outcomes through ongoing assessments, maintaining a collaborative approach with team members to adjust interventions as necessary.

• Provide targeted support to families, equipping them with practical skills and resources to foster their child’s growth and well-being.

• Deepen relationships with children and families, promoting a nurturing atmosphere conducive to learning and development.

• Implement evidence-based strategies and adhere to Natural Learning Environment Practices during sessions.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable Federal and State regulations regarding social work practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your role will be on young children, particularly infants and toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. Your expertise will guide families through early intervention services aimed at enhancing physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills during these critical formative years.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) granted by the Department of Public Health.
