Key Responsibilities Establish a positive and trusting rapport with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders accurately. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that consider the unique needs and circumstances of each client. Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing diverse therapeutic modalities to engage clients effectively. Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes. Provide crisis intervention and support during sessions, using grounding and coping techniques when appropriate. Maintain compliance with state regulations and ethical guidelines, ensuring the confidentiality and welfare of clients at all times. Patient Population / Client Focus As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Tele-Mind, you will work with a diverse client base, including children, teenagers, adults, and families experiencing a range of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and behavioral concerns. Your holistic approach will cater to the emotional, social, and cultural contexts of each client, offering them tailored support on their path to mental wellness. Qualifications Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) is a prerequisite for this position. A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field. Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy in diverse settings. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities is essential. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively to balance client caseload and administrative responsibilities. Preferred Experience Additional experience with teletherapy or remote counseling is highly advantageous. Proficiency in working with specific populations, such as adolescents or couples, will be considered a plus. Knowledge of trauma-informed care and family systems theory will enrich your approach in sessions. Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
