Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Provide therapeutic services to couples and families, facilitating sessions that may include both joint and individual counseling.

• Assess and diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders using established therapeutic methods and practices.
\n
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual and family needs, including issues related to alcohol abuse, grief, job stress, medical issues, and family dynamics.

• Work closely with clients to enhance communication skills, conflict resolution, and relationship building across family members.
\n
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately in accordance with organizational standards and regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care and support for clients, consistently maintaining a patient-centered approach.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
