Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with clients experiencing a broad range of emotional and mental health challenges.

• Utilize video conferencing technology to facilitate engaging, face-to-face interactions and foster therapeutic relationships, ensuring clients feel supported and understood.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare providers, including doctors and nurses, to create a holistic, comprehensive treatment plan that aligns with clients' care goals.

• Employ automated assessments to measure symptom progression, functional improvement, and treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary based on these insights.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
