We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

Youll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations resolve data and process inconsistencies and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

Audit CRM and integrated revenue systems for inconsistencies outdated policies duplicate records and automation issues.
Analyze policy conflicts and determine appropriate business rules.
Review and reconcile data across CRM and connected platforms.
Create clear operational prompts and documentation for complex SaaS scenarios.
Document recommended system changes and operational decisions.
Assess the impact of CRM changes on billing CPQ ticketing and other integrated tools.
Provide insights on CRM optimization system design and sustainable governance.

Preferred Qualifications

46 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce HubSpot Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM platforms.
Experience leading CRM implementations migrations consolidations or rollouts.
Strong knowledge of fields objects flows validation rules automation and permissions.
Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing CPQ ticketing or integration platforms.
Working knowledge of SQL APIs data models and cross-system data reconciliation.
Experience working in SaaS environments.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
