Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, gather relevant client history, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Facilitate engaging one-on-one therapy sessions and group therapy discussions focused on a variety of topics, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and personal growth.

• Actively collaborate with other service providers and mental health professionals to coordinate care and enhance the overall support system for clients.

• Engage in ongoing education and training to remain informed about the latest therapeutic techniques and industry best practices.

• Contribute innovative ideas to enhance service delivery and the effectiveness of our programs, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse patient population, providing support to individuals grappling with a range of emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a mental health professional in New York State (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience working with clients facing emotional and psychological difficulties.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to rapidly establish rapport with clients.

• Experience with electronic medical record systems is a plus but not mandatory.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 70,000 , commensurate with experience and hours worked.
